From the 70s Michelarakis Family laid the first foundations for the creation of a business that would serve the first visitors of Gavdos in the field of culinary. Under adverse conditions, Giorgos and Maria managed to offer the purest ingredients and reward the passers-by who then dared to establish Gavdos as one of the top nature-loving destinations!!
